About the event
This class is open to anyone who has completed the beginner Integral Qigong/Tai Chi class or has basic knowledge in Qigong or Tai Chi. We will dive deeper into the physiology and philosophy of Qigong/Tai Chi as you learn advanced movements, Qigong breathing techniques and self applied massage techniques.
